230hr Yoga Teacher Training || May 2027

Our 230hr YTT is an inclusive, community focused, in-person teacher training program. Lila Yoga Schools unique approach combines in depth yogic study with an understanding of how to apply it to real life. The course will give you the tools and knowledge to confidently teach yoga that is authentic, accessible and therapeutic, while maintaining and developing your personal path of self study and practice. Our wonderful team have decades of experience in practicing, living, and teaching yoga, running yoga studios and teacher training courses. Together, Moira, Nadine, Jo & Sarah bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for inclusive, community driven yoga. Andrew is a medically trained yoga anatomy teacher empowering yoga teachers to teach from a more science-informed perspective. Our partners, Edinburgh Community Yoga work across cultural, economic and health barriers to make the therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to all.


100hr Yin Teacher Training || February 2027

This immersive study into Yin practice and teaching is part of the training program delivered via Līlā Yoga School & will be held at the beautiful Līlā Yoga studio in Edinburgh - an inclusive community centred space with many yoga offerings.

Dive deep into this insightful study of meridian theory, creative yin sequencing, yoga philosophy, how to provide an inclusive space, safe teaching skills and more.

50hr Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training || September 2026

Understand cancer, its treatments, and side effects. Held over two weekends, this is a Yoga Alliance-accredited professional course designed for yoga teachers who feel called to support students living with or moving through a cancer diagnosis. With compassion in its heart, the training offers practical tools, thoughtful education and a safe, supportive learning space, to help you teach with sensitivity and care.

Drawing on over two decades of experience, Nadine delivers a syllabus that has been evolving since 2017—balancing high-level theory with lightheartedness, humour, and an open heart.

This training is open to qualified yoga teachers and serious practitioners of yoga.
