A 3-Week Course Exploring the Lymphatic System
Join Moira for a gentle and therapeutic yoga series designed to awaken your body’s natural healing currents. Inner Flow Yoga combines mindful movement, myofascial release, breathwork, and lymphatic flow techniques to support detoxification, reduce stagnation, and restore vitality from within.
Over the course of three weeks, we’ll explore:
✅ Week 1: Foundations of Lymphatic Flow
Learn the basics of the lymphatic system and how movement, breath, and stillness support its function. Gentle yoga, self-massage, and breathwork to stimulate flow.
✅ Week 2: Fascia, Flow & Circulation
Dive into myofascial release techniques, mobility work, and fascia-focused yoga sequences to unlock physical and energetic blockages.
✅ Week 3: Integration & Inner Resilience
Bring it all together in a restorative sequence that balances nervous system regulation, lymphatic circulation, and deep inner awareness.

PART 1: Masterclass 90 minutes
A creative & expressive flow from a place of expansive energy. Playing with the Yin and Yang of our Qi (energy) and taken from Ba Duan Jin - Calm strength. In this 90 minute masterclass we will move from the foundations of Qi Gong to root and vinyasa yoga to rise. Movement combinations: Yoga, Qi Gong, floor work & playful somatic tools.
Open to all levels as you will be working with your individual body.
PART 2 : Workshop 3.5hrs includes a 30 mins break
Unravel i ~ perspective, playful coordination, connective movement patterns.
In this workshop we will expand the minds ability to see wider and dive deeper. Enhancing our coordination skills so we can have freedom within movement. Unravelling the connection between different movement patterns, our individual bodies and minds.
PART 3 : Workshop 3.5hrs includes a 30 mins break
Unravel u ~ layered sequences, floor work & expressive movement .
In this workshop we will explore how to create a layered sequence without thought, rather feel our way which offers much fun and creativity. We will take a wider look at floor work and its importance within our everyday growth and adaptability while rerouting to unravel yourself fully through expression.
Movement combinations: Yoga, Qi Gong, floor work & playful somatic tools.
Open to all levels as you will be working with your individual body.

While we live in a world that can feel often restricting and conflicting, the one thing that is solely ours is our bodies. With an overload of conflicting information on how to move, feel, be, eat, live the overwhelming sensations can have us turn our heads and feel lost in a deep confusion when actually it’s more simple than we realise. We have lived in these bodies for a lifetime which qualifies us to know ourselves better than anyone. Embodiment is the teaching of just that. How to live in your body fully and wholly just as you are. Learn to move with you, to unravel yourself into the freedom of movement, in your own individual way. Expressive, rooted, strong, calm. This is the pathway to full embodiment of self.
An exploration of many movement patterns that have shaped our way over the years of physical growth and which connect to one another.
Unbound and unravelled we celebrate our individual bodies natural movement patterns while extending them back to the original source and honouring movement traditions. Grounded and rerouted we cultivate a curious mind, to listen, learn and explore.
