WINTER SOLSTICE YOGA with Sarah

  • Honour the turning of the season with a balanced practice that blends the grounding calm of Yin with the warming vitality of Yang. As we arrive at the Winter Solstice, the deepest point of the year’s quiet, this workshop invites you to slow down and gently awaken your inner light.

    We’ll begin with nourishing Yin poses, held for longer periods to release tension, open energetic pathways, and encourage deep introspection. Gradually, we’ll shift into uplifting Yang movements to build warmth and circulation. Throughout the session mindful breathwork and intentional movement will support your transition into winter with clarity and ease.

    All levels are welcome. Step into the season’s quiet magic and find harmony within the dark and the light.

NEW YEARS DAY PRACTICE with Sarah

  • Begin the year with a vinyasa flow designed to stoke tapas - inner discipline, clarity & purpose. Sarah will guide you through an energising practice to clear stagnant energy and prepare you to step into the new year with intention.

    The practice will include pranayama, a guided sankalpa meditation to plant heartfelt resolve, and mantra chanting.
